I started StoryKeeping in 2009 with the belief I wasn’t the only grandchild who loved their grandparents and wanted to retain their stories. I began with a single digital voice recorder in 2009 by focusing solely on audio productions.
Last night I sent off a link to a new corporate client, and this morning I was greeted by the email above.
Did you grow up helping family members with their jobs? I know I spent some time in my parent’s shop, Haby’s Automotive, starting fairly young.
I had to keep my head on a swivel on the construction site, but I can’t wait for their leadership to see some of the shots I was able to capture of their equipment in action.
Six years ago today I walked into the Bexar County Courthouse and made StoryKeeping official. It would’ve been May 4th, but I noticed Cinco de Mayo was the next day. I decided to wait so millions of people would help me celebrate the birth of StoryKeeping every year. Six years have brought a wealth of experience, and most importantly a new mission. Click to read about it. Happy Cinco de Mayo, friends. 🙂
